Being Mindful

  
Happy Monday everyone!  I’m taking a break from writing this week so that I can make more time to do some of the other things I love and to simply live in the moment.  I hope you all get some time to do this as well!  I want to focus on mindfulness this week, something I often struggle with.  Living in the moment.  Capturing.  Cherishing.  These are the things we should aim to do everyday in order to achieve the sense of happiness we desire.  I know it is much easier said than done, and things don’t always go as we want them to, but all we have to do is try.  Life is beautiful.  It IS worth living.  The ups and downs are all part of what makes life so interesting and such an adventure.  So here’s to another amazing week, my friends.  Enjoy.
